Our treehouses and cabins offer a great private getaway!
PLEASE NOTE!!! Our availability calendar is opened APPROXIMATELY 3 months in advance for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday reservations (March-November) due to priority bookings for our wedding guests at The Mohicans Wedding Venue.
At this time, ALL MONDAYS, TUESDAYS & WEDNESDAYS are open 1 year in advance.

Wifi is available at the Nest, White Oak and Tin Shed Treehouses, the Mohican Cabin and the Farm House and Manor House only.
Wood sheds are located at each property to keep your wood dry. Oftentimes, you will find wood left by previous guests, but please plan to bring firewood for your campfire. Dry firewood can be purchased at Mohican Market and Stakes Marathon gas station, both located on State Route 3 just south of Loudonville.
We offer 10 amazing authentic treehouses, 2 were designed by Pete Nelson, treehouse designer, and star of discovery channel's hit series "Treehouse Masters." Our Little Red Treehouse was even featured on the show!
