Fall is also the perfect time to tune into the rustic-wedding trend. If you’re all in for this trend, choosing a cabin-style location is a great move. In terms of decorating, anything that includes warm lighting or exposed wires, lots of wood and simple, antique-looking pieces would fit the rustic vibe. And if you’re up for the challenge, anything hand-made or DIY can give your wedding that rustic, cozy theme as well.
Fall is absolutely my favorite time of the year in terms of style. If you’re into a bold lip for your wedding day (after all, the big kiss is kind of a big deal!) fall is the perfect time to rock it! As opposed to a bright, cherry red lip, consider wearing a deep red or one with a cool, purple undertone. As for hair, I think fall is the perfect time for that slightly-tousled look. Messy updo’s with braided accents or loose waves will definitely go well with a more rustic-fall theme. If you’re leaning less towards the rustic look and more towards elegance, a sleek chignon or half-up hairstyle would be stunning as well.
