HAVE A COOKOUT
GO TO A GAME
Most baseball seasons are wrapping up if they haven’t already, so why not see your favorite team close their season? I think baseball games on 95 degree days are downright uncomfortable, but this 75 degree weather? Perfect. Or, you could head out and watch a sport that’s just starting up (cough cough football).
HIKE AND BIKE
If you’re not already a fan of kayaking, trust me when I say it is boatloads of fun (pun very intended). But since you do get a little wet from the splashing water, it isn’t something I would suggest doing on a cold day. So, before the summer heat is REALLY gone, do some hunting and find a place around you that rents out kayaks and spend a few hours out on the water!
I’ve already written about going zip-lining in another one of my posts, so I won’t go into too much detail about it here! However, I definitely think that going zip-lining would be a great way to end the summer, and if you’re an Ohioan like myself the Tree Frog Canopy Tours I've talked about in the Thrill Seeker series is open until Sunday, October 30th.
