Wild Winter Ride
Willing go venture into the arctic on this chilly day? Good for you! Sledding is always a good idea, whether you take the classic sleds or grab an inner tube to take downhill! I mean what about this doesn't look like a great time?! Just always make sure wherever you're sledding is far from any pavement or trees. Also, try and think of a spot to go sledding in advance if your own backyard lacks the hills and thrills you want. You don’t want to try sledding someplace with a “no trespassing” sign, so plan ahead!
So maybe you just want to head outside for a brief moment, but you don’t want to leave the allotment. No problem! If you’ve got enough room for a snowman or snowball fight you’re good to go! I know, I know, how cliché. But having a “most creative snowman” contest (or “ugliest snowman” contest, which is just as fun) is one simple way to entertain some snowed-in kids. Who wouldn't want to recreate this silly snowman?! And who doesn’t love making a snow fort and starting a snow battle in the backyard? Just make sure your snow isn’t mostly ice… those snowballs can hurt!
