Going to your local park can give you the fall fix you’re craving without the hassle! You can set up a picnic with your partner, let your kids run around the equipment or bring your dog along for the day! No matter what you decide to do, don’t underestimate a nice walk in the park on a cool, October day.
Just because summer is over doesn’t mean your camping urges can’t be fulfilled! You just need to get a little more creative. Why not take the weekend off and visit The Mohicans? You can rent out one of the cabins for you and your friends. Or, take a more romantic trip with your partner and reserve one of their treehouses instead.
Nothing screams fall more than a haunted hayride or a haunted house… Well, except maybe myself walking thru one (see what I did there)! A haunted hayride is a great way to get the fresh air you deserve and the Halloween scares you want! Haunted houses are always fun, but the downside is that they’re usually isolated to an indoor setting. However, they’re always a great backup plan if your hayride gets rained out.
